Exciting changes are coming to the Mayfair Apartment Home within the coming year. Apart from our recent name change and our star-studded floor plans, we have many things to look forward to in the coming year.

     The Mayfair Apartment Homes are divided into two phases. The first phase is located before the leasing office and contains 182 units. Our renovation process is continuously turning out new units every month. Some of our most popular floor plans in the first phase are the Drake, Usher, and Ariana. 

     The second phase is located past the leasing office. Although renovations are not completed they will be ready for the new year. This phase will include the Beyoncé, Bruno and Kenny floor plans.
